Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Festivo. In line with protecting privacy and enhancing user security, the terms and conditions for using Festivo’s services are compiled on this page. Our goal is to provide a simple and fast method for purchasing tickets or registering online for an event. Anyone who purchases a ticket or registers for an event through Festivo.com agrees to the following agreement with Brand Center, the parent company owning Festivo.com, and all intellectual property rights associated with Festivo.com on behalf of the customer (you, your company, your lawyer, your representative, your successor, with full details, including national ID and birthdate for individuals, or national ID and registration number for legal entities, where a joint contractual responsibility for rights and obligations between the company’s legal entity and its managers or legal representatives is established, effective from the moment of approval and enforceable).

Definitions:

  • Website refers to the online sales portal www.Festivo.com or any other website or electronic domain provided by Festivo for selling tickets, including all web pages, subdomains, and sub-sections hosted on them, whether accessed via personal computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, or any other device capable of accessing current or future content.
  • Customer refers to any individual or organization that uses the website to purchase or attempt to purchase any goods or services, including but not limited to tickets, membership cards, vouchers, or any similar product or service offered through the website.
  • Promoter refers to any individual, company, or organization, whether public or private, responsible for organizing, advertising, and offering any event, service, or proposal of any kind that is provided for sale or free through the website to customers.
  • Event refers to any event of any nature, including but not limited to entertainment, education, business, sports, family, religious, or other types of events, where the organizer wishes to promote, advertise, and sell tickets, passes, vouchers, or similar services to customers using the website as a facilitating service for event promotion.
  • Ticket refers to any type of paid or free entry voucher or method for measuring and controlling entry, whether a physical printed ticket, voucher, pass, wristband, or similar item, or an electronic ticket format such as a unique barcode, QR code, reference number, that identifies the holder as a purchaser or authorized attendee for a specific event.
  • Services refer to the services that Festivo provides to the organizer in relation to the event, which may include services such as event promotion on the website, providing an online portal that enables customers to purchase tickets for the organizer's event, delivering those tickets to the customer through electronic or physical methods as agreed between the organizer and Festivo, collecting funds for each ticket purchased by the customer on behalf of the organizer, registering customer information, and other services provided by Festivo to the organizer as per written agreement between the parties, but not limited to these.

General Terms of Use for Festivo Services

  • The user is required to place orders and use Festivo services with full knowledge of the terms and conditions. Given the variety of services and the regulations related to each section, it is not possible to verbally explain all the rules to users. To avoid any misunderstandings, it is recommended that the user carefully read the relevant section’s rules before submitting a request.
  • Festivo processes refunds within 20 to 30 working days. In exceptional circumstances, such as external events or force majeure, this may take longer. However, the key date for the refund is the payment date, and changes in inflation rates or exchange rates do not affect Festivo's commitment. Refunds that need to be processed by external companies (such as banks and external payment gateways of organizers) typically take between 2 to 4 weeks, with Festivo starting the refund once the amount is received and confirmed, along with a receipt sent to the customer’s email.
  • If registration in the Festivo system is done under a company name, Festivo may display the company name in the customer section.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of the necessary information and regulations related to each service.
  • According to the laws of the country, Festivo is unable to provide services to individuals under 18 years of age or minors.
  • Users can use their Rial wallet balance to purchase only the services available on Festivo.
  • Users cannot transfer their Rial wallet balance to their bank account or to others.
  • Wallet recharge is instantaneous, and the refund process to the wallet takes 1 to 2 working days.
  • Customer reviews will be published on the website for use by other users.
  • The deposited amount in the Festivo system will be refunded to the same account or origin.
  • The responsibility for using the panel rests with the individual or company, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
  • In case of an error by Festivo, it can be announced and reversed.
  • Official invoices are different for individual and corporate panels.
  • Since invoices are automatically issued and numbered, official invoices cannot be issued for orders where the "invoice" option is not checked.
  • For individual panels: From 2025 January 25, as announced by the tax authority, since only the service fee is subject to VAT, the official invoice will only include the service fee and VAT, and the total amount paid will not be recorded in the invoice.
  • For corporate panels: From 2025 January 25, the official invoice will be issued based on the service fee for the order, and only the service fee and VAT will appear in the invoice. The total amount paid will not be included in the invoice. However, if the user selects the option "I want an official invoice on the total amount paid," a 10% VAT will be applied to the total amount, and the invoice will be issued with the total paid amount and registered in the tax system. If the user does not select this option, the invoice cannot be modified or issued based on the total paid amount. Official invoices based on the total amount paid are not possible for wallet and cryptocurrency department orders, and the official invoice will be based on the service fee for the order, including only the service fee and VAT, with no total paid amount recorded in the invoice.

Authentication Rules

  • In accordance with the country's laws, Festivo is required to collect the necessary identification documents from users before providing online services.
  • Authentication may be carried out using a national ID card, bank card, passport, birth certificate, selfie, handwritten text, or any combination of these documents.
  • A selfie refers to a photo taken of the account holder seeking authentication, in which the user must hold the original valid identification document (such as a national ID card, birth certificate, driver's license, passport, or military service card) in one hand, and the other hand should hold a verification text that is either written or printed, and a photo should be taken.
  • If the authentication department detects suspicious financial transactions through the user’s bank account, the user’s access to the panel will be blocked, and until the issue is resolved, the funds will remain with Festivo without accruing any interest or damages. Sharing account login information with others is against Festivo's policies, and the account holder and user will be fully responsible for this.
  • Festivo has two user levels: Level 1 (uploading a national ID image) and Level 2 (uploading a selfie).

Corporate Account Creation

A corporate (company) account on Festivo is only valid if it has a valid national ID and a valid registration number. To do this, a representative must be introduced to Festivo, who will create the user panel and enter their personal details in the account information section. For this purpose, a formal document titled "Corporate Official Letter" should be created according to the requirements listed on the corporate account registration page. In this letter, the company must introduce its representative. The official letter must bear the stamp and signature of the individuals authorized to sign binding and financial documents for the company, granting the representative permission to use the corporate account on Festivo.

Collection of Personal Information

When you create a Festivo account or otherwise provide your personal information through the website, the personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender

You should only provide information that is accurate and not misleading to us, to our authorized representative, or the website, and you must keep it up to date and notify us of any changes (more details are provided below). We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the information you have provided.

We can only collect your personal information if you voluntarily provide it to us. If you decide not to provide us with your personal information, or later withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our services. You may access and update the personal information you have submitted to us at any time, as explained below.

If you provide us with personal information of any third party, we assume that you have obtained the necessary consent from the third party to share and transfer their personal information to us.

If you sign up using your social media account on Festivo or link your Festivo account to your social media account, or use other social media features of Festivo, we may have access to information about you that you have voluntarily provided through your social media provider in accordance with their privacy policies. We will manage your personal data collected in accordance with Festivo's privacy policy.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

The personal information we collect from you will be used for some or all of the following purposes or shared with third parties (including related companies, third-party service providers, and third-party vendors):

  • To facilitate your use of our services (as defined in the terms of use) and/or access to the website
  • To process orders you submit through the website, whether the products are sold by Festivo or a third-party vendor. Payments made through the website for products, whether sold by Festivo or a third-party vendor, will be processed by our authorized representative(s)
  • To deliver products you have purchased through the website, whether sold by Festivo or a third-party vendor. We may transfer your personal information to a third party to deliver the product to you (for example, to a courier or supplier)
  • To notify you about product delivery and for customer support purposes
  • To compare and verify information with third parties to ensure its accuracy
  • Additionally, we will use the information you provide to manage your account (if applicable) with us, confirm and process financial transactions related to payments made online, monitor data downloads from the website, improve website layout and/or content, customize them for users, identify website visitors, conduct research on demographics and user behavior, and provide you with information that we believe may be helpful to you or that you have requested, including details about products and services from our vendors or third parties, provided that you have not objected to us contacting you for these purposes
  • When you register an account with Festivo or provide personal information through the website, we may also use your personal information from time to time to send marketing and/or promotional content about products and services from our vendors or third parties. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe feature. We may use your contact information to send newsletters from ourselves or companies related to us
  • In exceptional circumstances, Festivo may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there is reason to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, for law enforcement purposes, or to meet legal and regulatory requirements

Festivo may share your personal information with third parties and our affiliated companies for the above-mentioned purposes, particularly for completing transactions with you, managing your account, communicating with you, marketing, and fulfilling any legal or regulatory requirements that Festivo deems necessary.

Additionally, Festivo may share your information with affiliated companies, including event organizers and authorized ticket vendors, for the purposes outlined above.

By consenting to share your personal information with them, Festivo will not be responsible for how third parties and affiliated companies handle your data. However, we take steps to ensure that our third-party and affiliated companies protect your personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks and retain your personal information only as long as necessary to achieve the above purposes.

Festivo takes measures when disclosing or transferring your personal information to third parties and affiliated companies, whether located inside or outside the country, to ensure that the recipient jurisdiction has a level of protection for personal information that is comparable to or consistent with the standards under relevant privacy data protection laws.

Festivo does not sell customers’ personal information to third parties. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will never be stored, sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may, at any time, contact us via WhatsApp at +989131029751 to request the deletion of your personal information for any of the purposes outlined above.

Processing the deletion of your data may take up to 7 working days, and we will confirm this to you in response. Please note that this deletion may involve removing information that has been collected, anonymized, or de-identified in a way that it can no longer be linked to a specific user, browser, or device.

Please also note that if you request the deletion of your personal information, we may not be able to continue providing products or services to you or fulfill any contracts we have with you. Our legal rights and remedies in such cases are expressly reserved.

Furthermore, please be aware that there may be exceptions to this right to delete your personal information, such as in cases where you have a completed financial order or a successful purchase transaction linked to your information. However, you may request to deactivate your personal information or your Festivo account, which will, in turn, prevent us from using your information as outlined in the "Use and Disclosure of Personal Information" section. Updating Your Personal Information

You can update your personal information at any time by accessing your account on the Festivo website. If you do not have an account on our website, you can create one to do so.

If your personal information is still necessary for the purposes mentioned above, we will take steps to share your updated personal information with third parties and affiliated companies with whom we have shared your personal information.

Accessing Your Personal Information

If you wish to view the personal information we hold about you or inquire about the ways your personal information has been used or disclosed by Festivo over the past year, please contact us via the email address provided below. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal records.

If you have an account with Festivo, you can access the details of your orders by logging into your account on the website. Here, you can view your order details. You agree to keep your Festivo username, password, and order details confidential and not share them with any unauthorized third parties. We do not accept any responsibility for misuse of your Festivo username, password, or order details, except as outlined in the terms of use.

Security of Your Personal Information

Festivo guarantees that all collected information is securely stored. We protect your personal information using the following methods:

  • Limiting access to personal information
  • Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorized access to computers
  • Securely disposing of your personal information when it is no longer required for any legal or business purpose

Festivo uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encryption technology when processing your financial details. It is estimated that breaking 128-bit SSL encryption would take at least one trillion years, and it is the industry standard.

If you believe your privacy has been violated by Festivo, please contact us via the email address provided below.

Your password is the key to your account. Please use a combination of numbers, letters, and unique special characters, and never share your Festivo password with anyone. If you share your password, you will be responsible for all actions taken under your account and the consequences. If you lose control of your password, you may lose significant control over your personal information and other data sent to Festivo. You may also become subject to mandatory legal actions taken by others on your behalf. Therefore, if your password is compromised for any reason or if you suspect it has been compromised, you must immediately contact us and change your password. Please remember to log out of your account and close the browser when using a shared computer.

Online Purchase Rules (Currency Payments)

  • When money is deducted from Festivo's foreign accounts or is in a pending state, the payment is considered completed by Festivo, and no further payment will be made. The responsibility for following up on the paid amount lies with the user, and Festivo holds no responsibility.
  • In some cases, when logging into Festivo, the user's account may be blocked. In such cases, the user is responsible for following up and resolving the issue with their account.
  • The responsibility for creating accounts on different websites for payment purposes lies with the users unless the account is created after the payment process.
  • If, after a purchase, the destination website requests additional documents (e.g., an ID card image of the account holder, payment card image, bank address proof, etc.), Festivo cannot provide any documents.
  • Generally, Festivo is only responsible for processing payment requests from users. If, after payment on the relevant website, the site’s internal rules or policies change, leading to account closure, deactivation of services, or other problems, Festivo will bear no responsibility for such occurrences. All necessary follow-up actions must be carried out by the user.
  • If the user does not specify the payment method, Festivo will choose the appropriate payment method based on the moment of payment. For example, if a site has both an electronic wallet gateway and a bank card gateway, Festivo will choose one method based on its own risk assessment.
  • Refund processing for online payments will occur within 20 to 30 working days. The refund amount will be calculated using the exchange rate for the currency on the date of the refund and will be subject to a Festivo fee.
  • If Festivo requires any information from the user to process the purchase, the user must provide the requested details in a Word file or any other text file. To reduce error, the user's information will be copied and pasted from the submitted file.
  • If the site where the payment is to be made is not in English, the user must guide the payment process.
  • Refunds for payments made to Festivo accounts must be done with prior coordination. Festivo will review and process the refund within 2 months after the purchase, and after that, Festivo will bear no responsibility for that purchase.
  • Payments made with currencies other than US dollars will incur an additional exchange fee of 4 to 5 percent, calculated at the current USD exchange rate. This fee will be automatically added to the user's final amount.
  • If the information provided by the user is complete and accurate as determined by the relevant expert, the "I am in a hurry" option will be activated, and the service processing and payment will be completed as quickly as possible. If the required information is incomplete, the request will be reviewed promptly, and the user will be informed of any necessary additional information. However, the full service cannot be completed within an hour.

Rules of Buying Online ticket

  • Ticket Purchase Policy

    • Tickets purchased on the website or through Festivo stores are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances described below in the refund policy.
    • Tickets are non-exchangeable, unless in limited circumstances explained in the refund policy below.
    • The transfer or resale of tickets to any third party is generally prohibited, except to immediate family members and/or close friends of the customer, or if Festivo authorizes the resale according to the terms and conditions outlined here.
    • Customers are advised not to purchase Festivo brand tickets that are resold through third-party platforms, as the ticket may not be valid for entry or, if Festivo becomes aware of the resale, the ticket may be canceled. In some countries, ticket resale is prohibited by law.
    • Festivo and companies offering tickets may require the customer to provide proof that they are the original ticket purchaser upon entering the event. This proof could include a valid photo identification document such as a passport, driver’s license, national ID card, and/or the original credit/debit card used for the ticket purchase. If the customer purchases more than one ticket for an event, all members of the customer’s group attending the event must enter the event at the same time as the customer.
    • The responsibility for protecting tickets against loss or theft lies with the customer. Festivo and companies offering the tickets are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets, and the amount paid for lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded. This applies to both electronic and printed tickets. If a customer’s electronic ticket is copied/stolen (e.g., through a hacked email or sent to a shared email address) and the ticket is used and scanned before the customer enters the event, the customer will be denied entry as the ticket will have been canceled at the time of the first use. No refund will be issued in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic tickets with the same care and caution they would use to protect a physical printed ticket against theft.
    • In most cases, full payment for the ticket is made at the time of purchase, and the ticket will be sent to the customer via email shortly after the purchase is completed. If payment is made fraudulently using a lost/stolen credit/debit card, or a credit/debit card is used without the cardholder's permission, Festivo reserves the right to cancel the purchased tickets without refunding the fraudulent buyer.
  • Resale Policy

    The customer may resell all purchased tickets to any third party, provided that the third party meets the following conditions:

    • The customer has a valid and active account on the platform.
    • The customer must obtain prior approval from the event organizer for resale of the ticket through their account.
    • The customer must resell the purchased ticket through their account on the mobile app.
    • The customer may not sell the ticket for more than its original value. However, if the customer wishes to increase the price, this must be approved by the company.
    • The customer acknowledges that, in addition to any applicable taxes, the company will charge an administrative fee from the income generated from the resale, and this will be reflected in the customer’s account as part of the request.
    • All proceeds from the resale, after deducting any applicable fees and charges, will be deposited into the customer’s bank account, provided by the customer.
  • Ticket Use and Event Attendance Policy

    • It is the customer's responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions on entering the event, such as age restrictions or dress code limitations, before purchasing the ticket on the website. If entry to the event is denied by the organizer for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with dress code regulations, age restrictions, dangerous, disruptive, destructive, or illegal behavior that leads to rejection by the organizer or venue management, Festivo will not be held responsible, and the ticket purchase amount will not be refunded.
    • All tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and event. The customer must adhere to and familiarize themselves with these rules before purchasing the ticket.
    • In all cases, the event organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry and conduct security checks at any time to ensure the safety and security of the event.
    • If the customer is expelled from an event by the organizer, their representatives, or by venue management or security, the customer will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
    • Many venues enforce a strict "No Re-entry" policy, meaning if the customer leaves the venue during the event, they will not be allowed to re-enter with the original ticket. The customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the re-entry policy of the event before entry. No refund will be provided for customers who are denied re-entry due to the "No Re-entry" policy.
    • The event organizer or venue management may restrict items brought to the event, including but not limited to food, beverages, cameras, sound and video recording equipment, chairs, selfie sticks, and items that are illegal, dangerous, or considered potential weapons. If entry to the event is denied, or if the customer is expelled by the organizer or venue management due to bringing or attempting to bring prohibited items, Festivo will not be held responsible, and the ticket purchase amount will not be refunded. Additionally, Festivo does not accept responsibility or liability for items confiscated by the organizer or venue management.
    • Festivo, venue management, and the organizer do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items or damages incurred during the event.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to attend the event at the correct time and date. The customer must verify that the event will take place on the initially announced date and time. Festivo will not be held responsible for any losses, whether direct or indirect, caused by the customer's failure to verify the date and time of the event before traveling. In the case of event cancellation or delay, Festivo may refund the customer, according to the refund policy described below.
    • Failure of the customer to attend the event for any reason does not justify a refund.
    • The responsibility for attending the event on time rests with the customer. Some venues and organizers may deny entry to late arrivals. No refund will be issued to customers who arrive late.
    • Many events have a "Last Entry" time, meaning the last time the customer can attend the event, and this time is usually earlier than the event’s official end time. The determination of the last entry time is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer is denied entry because they arrive after the last entry time, Festivo will not refund the payment.
    • Most venues prohibit the unauthorized use of photography and recording equipment. Please coordinate with the organizer and venue management regarding this policy before attending the event.
    • By purchasing a ticket through Festivo, you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organizer, venue management, or any third party acting on behalf of the organizer or venue management, either at the event or near the event entrance. Additionally, by purchasing the ticket, you waive all rights to any photos, videos, or audio recordings of you taken at the event or near the venue entrance ("recorded material") by the organizer, venue management, or any third party acting on behalf of the organizer or venue management. You also agree that the organizer, venue management, or any third party acting on their behalf may use this recorded material in any way they deem fit, without restriction, without the need for approval, and without compensation to you.
  • Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy

    • Festivo issues purchased tickets electronically in PDF format via email. It is the customer's responsibility to:
      • a) Provide a valid and active email address and WhatsApp number to Festivo for ticket delivery, and
      • b) Check their inbox for the email containing the PDF ticket file. This PDF file can be printed by the customer and used as the entry ticket.
    • In some countries, for an additional small fee, customers can request the ticket to be sent as a URL link via SMS to their smartphone.
    • For a limited number of events, the PDF electronic ticket issued by Festivo via email or WhatsApp must be exchanged for a printed ticket issued by the organizer. Collection booths for exchanging tickets in such cases are usually located near the event entrance. In such cases, the organizer or Festivo will request that the customer present the following items to exchange the Festivo electronic ticket for a printed ticket:
      • A printed version of the Festivo electronic ticket or ticket number (this is required in all cases)
      • One of the following identification documents (original document is not required):
        • i. A valid photo identification issued by a government authority, such as a driver's license
        • ii. A valid national ID card
        • iii. A valid passport
    • Purchased electronic tickets can be printed at any time from the "My Tickets" section of the website, provided the customer is logged into their account.
  • Refund Policy

    Festivo sells tickets on behalf of the organizers who are responsible for organizing and managing the event.

    Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable after purchase, except in the specific cases described below in the refund policy.

    It is the customer's responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions for entry to the event, such as age restrictions or dress code limitations, before purchasing the ticket on the website. If entry to the event is denied by the organizer for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with dress code regulations, age restrictions, dangerous, disruptive, destructive, or illegal behavior that leads to rejection by the organizer or venue management, Festivo will not be responsible, and the ticket purchase amount will not be refunded.

    The organizer and venue management have the right to deny entry at any time, without providing reasons or evidence. Festivo will not refund any customer who is denied entry to the event or expelled for any reason.

    Customers are eligible to request a refund in writing to Festivo within 24 hours of the event cancellation or delay announcement, under the following conditions:

    • If the event is canceled for any reason;
    • If the main artist cancels;
    • If the main artist is unable to perform or is not available to perform;
    • If the main artist performs significantly less than the advertised performance time;
    • If the main artist moves the performance to another date;
    • If the event start or end time changes significantly (by at least four hours or more from the originally published time);
    • If the event is delayed for any reason. In the case of a delay, customers may be given the option to use their original ticket for a different date of the event, or for events with multiple performances, customers may be given the option to exchange their original ticket for one with the same value and seat quality for a different performance on another day. This is the only situation where customers may be offered the option to exchange tickets.

    Festivo will only review refund requests based on the conditions outlined in points i to vii and may request specific documentation or evidence to support such requests.

    If Festivo, at its discretion, accepts a refund request, the refund will be processed using the same method as the initial payment. If payment was made via credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

    Festivo reserves the right to retain up to 18% of the refunded transaction value to cover ticket sales service fees, including administrative and operational costs, ticket issuance, delivery costs, and any banking or payment gateway fees incurred during the initial purchase and refund processing.

    Minor changes in the performance time or duration of the event are not considered valid reasons for a refund. Changes in supporting artists are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

    Performance quality, technical issues, or customer dissatisfaction with the performance are not valid reasons for a refund.

    Event cancellation after it has started, for any reason including but not limited to weather conditions, earthquakes, fires, floods, death, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, factory closures, power outages, actions by government entities, or any other force majeure that is beyond the organizer's control, will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

    By purchasing from the website or through any retail stores authorized by Festivo, the customer agrees to this refund policy.

  • Liability

    Festivo accepts no liability for any issues, damages, or physical harm arising from an event for which the customer has purchased a ticket.

  • Privacy Policy and Use of Information

    We take our customers' privacy seriously and will only collect, record, maintain, store, disclose, transfer, and use your personal information as outlined below.

    Data protection is based on trust, and your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we will only use your name and other information related to you in the manner specified in this privacy policy. We only collect information when necessary and only collect information related to our interactions with you.

    We will retain your information only as long as required by law or as long as it is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. You can visit and browse the website without providing personal information. During your visit, you will remain anonymous, and we cannot identify you unless you have an account on the website and log in using your username and password. WhatsApp Promotional Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive these messages on the WhatsApp account you have registered. You should only receive WhatsApp messages from our official business WhatsApp account, named "Festivo," with the phone number +989131029751. Any other number apart from this one mentioned in these terms is not associated with Festivo.

Opt-Out

If at any time you decide to stop receiving such alerts and messages from Festivo on your WhatsApp account, you can easily opt out using one of two methods:

  • Opt out via the website or app: Open the Festivo mobile app or visit the Festivo website. Go to your profile settings. You can uncheck the WhatsApp option to automatically opt out of WhatsApp promotional messages.
  • Opt out via customer support: Alternatively, you can directly message Festivo via WhatsApp and express your preference to stop receiving WhatsApp alerts. Our customer support team will then update your account to stop receiving WhatsApp messages.

Minors

Festivo does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Collection of Computer Data

Festivo will regularly review the adequacy of this privacy policy. We reserve the right to modify and change the privacy policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the website.

Transfer Policy:

The passenger is required to provide their departure address when requesting a transfer. The transfer time will then be communicated to them. If there is any discrepancy in the address, time, or other information provided, the responsibility for any delays, price changes, costs, cancellations, and damages resulting from this is the passenger’s, and Festivo will not be held responsible for these changes. The user is obligated to follow up and resolve the issue that has occurred.

The passenger must be present at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled transfer time.

For shared transfers, due to the group nature of the transfer, delays of even 1 minute are not permitted. The driver will immediately continue their route if the passenger is not present at the time of departure.

For private transfers, the maximum allowed delay is 5 minutes. After that, the driver will leave the location.

The transfer fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances, even if the ticket or entertainment service is canceled.

Important Guidance:

Considering that brokerage companies and travel agencies in Iran and most countries have set laws with the aim of selling multiple entertainment services and creating monopolies, which are completely illegal and against common practice, the following similar rule applies: If the passenger books their entertainment services in the destination country themselves or through a third party, the airport transfer and other related services will be canceled.

However, since the Festivo platform was created with the goal of providing easy and affordable access for Iranians and all nations at fair prices, we provide necessary guidance on this matter.

Never allow the tour leader, agency, or broker organizing your tour to know that you have pre-booked your entertainment services. Always request from the agency, when booking your tour, that if such unjust laws are involved in their services, you will not book through them. Ask them to reserve through a broker who does not enforce such baseless laws.

Any negligence in following the above guidance is the responsibility of the customer, and Festivo will not be liable for any claims.

Festivo's Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Festivo has the right to disclose your personal information to any legal, regulatory, government, tax, law enforcement authority, or other relevant authorities or rights holders, if Festivo has reasonable grounds to believe that disclosing your personal information is necessary to fulfill any obligation, requirement, or arrangement, whether voluntary or mandatory, resulting from cooperation with a directive, investigation, or request from such individuals. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to take any action against Festivo for disclosing your personal information in such circumstances, nor will you waive your right to take any action against Festivo.
